Yoga helps to improve the strength and flexibility of children's minds and bodies. We enhance kids' mental, emotional, and physical health through the use of yoga practice. Children today are under a lot of stress due to various reason like homework, pressure to compete with other children, other-school activities etc. Yoga helps them to reduce their tension, give relaxation and develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination. There is such a wealth of knowledge we can offer our children with the practice of Yoga.
